Recently a case of trademark was resolved between Louboutin and a retailer, but then we might be overlooking one happening in our home country, Nigeria.
Zaron and Zikel cosmetics happen to be on this table we are about to shake, with a lot of similarities between them, we might find it hard to decipher which is which, though the price of one seems to be a little more affordable than the other. With their logos looking alike, their color themes also alike, their mode of trademarking their products also alike, even their products looking the same except that some have had theirs released before the other.
