African Fashion designers For the 2013 Miami International Fashion Week
For the first time ever, African fashion designers
will now feature on the runway of the prestigious Miami Beach International
Fashion Week 15th edition holding at the Miami Beach Convention Centre,
Miami Florida, United States of America, from Wednesday March 20th -
Sunday 24th, 2013.
In the 14 years since the MFW has been in existence, it has never featured African designers on its runway. African designers now have the opportunity to share the world's stage with the likes of Oscar de La Renta, Carolina Herrerra , Patricia Field and many more.

MFW is the fifth largest Fashion week in the world of fashion and has become
known for discovering and showcasing the best fashion from around the
world. Hundreds of international media register to attend the event each
year including MTV and FTV. This affords participating designers, established
and upcoming, to showcase their talents through their designs on the
spectacular platform that the festival provides.
