Marc Anthony Files for Divorce From Jennifer Lopez

Marc Anthony is saying adios to wife Jennifer Lopez. The singer, 43, filed for divorce in L.A. Superior Court Monday. Anthony is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the twins 4yr old Max and Emme. He also wants each party to pay for their own legal fees.

The couple announced their separation in July 2011, though Anthony did not list a specific date of separation in his filing.Although a source has stated that Anthony "hit the roof" when he saw photos of Lopez, 42, and their children bonding with her much younger dancer beau, Casper Smart. The two have since mended fences professionally.

However, Lopez who pulls double duty as a judge on American Idol, seems happier than ever with Casper Smart by her side. she recently told Vogue how much she had grown fond of him.
