Christian Louboutin’s Creating a Cinderella Glass Slipper

Cinderella would have never dreamed of rocking a pump from the likes of Christian Louboutin but pretty soon women everywhere will have that chance.
The luxury shoe designer is teaming up with Walt Disney to create his own version of the glass slipper from the classic fairy tale to mark Disney’s rerelease of “Cinderella” this fall. The heel will be revealed officially this summer, and though you’ll likely need to be a princess to afford it, we can’t wait to see what he comes up with. (We’re guessing there won’t be a red bottom.)
This designer match-up rounds out Disney’s wedding day fashion offerings. Already women can wear a gown inspired by one of their favorite fairy tale princesses from the Disney Alfred Angelo wedding dress collection and there’s also a line of Disney princess engagement rings on the market. The only thing missing is the shoes—but not for much longer.
