BANKE MESHIDA LAWAL NOW OFFICIAL MAKE UP ARTIST TO THE FIRST LADY OF NIGERIA

Yep , the cats finally outta the bag , as ace make up artist Banke Meshida - lawal has been appointed the official Make up artist to Dame (Dr) Patience Goodluck Jonathan.
The appointment which is to take effect from this June, Banke would be hands on to ensuring the first lady has her make up professionally done.

Banke Meshida-Lawal is the makeup artist behind FACES makeover . She has been in business for  a decade and three years. A graduate of English from the University of Lagos, (UNILAG). While at school, she earned a reputation for being a face painter because of her dexterity in the art she became quickly popular. Five years ago precisely, she launched her own make up line - BMPro- Banke Meshida Products . which has become the make up range of most ladies and celebs alike.

Believe it or not, BMPRO make up range by Banke Meshida lawal,( one of Nigeria's celebrity make up artist) , has been signed on as the official make up range for our very own first lady- Dame (Dr) Patience Goodluck Jonathan.

While many were marveled at the "fresh" soft and demure looks of Dame Goodluck Jonathan on the cover of Thisday style on the day of the inauguration , most of us were busy analyzing the New Look which led us to the BMPRO MAKE UP RANGE .

NEWS :Kanye West To Debut A Spring 2012 Fashion Collection

 Kanye West is rumored to be working on a fashion collection to debut for the Spring 2012 season. He is presently said to be in Paris working on it at the moment. We gathered that he is putting his time as an intern at Fendi to good use as well as the knowledge he hopefully acquired from his shoe collection with Louis Vuitton.

As Spring 2012 shows starst in September,  Kanye would be debuting his collection for both men and women then. Whether or not he will stage a high-fashion runway show or a more streamlined presentation is still unknown.Speculations are that he might go the route of Tom Ford and keep his collection strictly for the eyes of editors and fashion buyers, but as we all know,  Kanye is one for drama and will most likely want to make the collection visible to his fans worldwide.
